This in-person Sound Therapy Experience will bring your body back to alignment through the medicine of frequency. When you enter the POOL of sound, you bathe in bliss, in frequency, in the mystery. Allowing the waves to move through you and to sculpt you into what your ready to step into. This is a receptive, intuitive and surrendering journey.

When your in alignment to your setting of your Soul, your natural healing ability sets in. You are your own healer, only. This experience is for every body, no matter what your going through in life, we will hold a sacred safe space, both nourishing and grounding, clearing and protecting.

There will be some gentle breath work, insight shared and movement to prep you for the experience.
