Integrate the sacred medicine of mother cacao (raw chocolate), as the warmth of the medicine flows through our blood activating our senses we will journey together on a breathwork of centering, activating and deeply releasing what is needing to move through. While the breath opens, awakens, and shifts our consciousness helping us release any “issues in the tissues” we will all soak in the penetrating vibrations of a sound bath in the wild.
