The Time Is Now

A massive part of the human experience is centered on our relationship with Earth, or, as we like to call her: Mama Gaia. Each of us is made of the elements. We breathe them, eat them, walk upon them, and see them shift and change with each season.

Each of us made a Sacred Agreement when we chose to come to Earth: to honor her, ourselves, and all living-kind.

Learning and Honoring the Sacred Elements all around you, and within you, is crucial to upholding this Agreement.

Yet, much of our comprehension of working with the elements has been diluted down to the Periodic Table, or, if you have been so lucky, to hear of the power of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.

But what if it’s so much more? Spoiler Alert: It is!

Reconnecting with our elemental existence and our elemental being is key to feeling deeply rooted in:

our bodies,

our humanity,

our communities,

and Mama Gaia.

Understanding Your Foundation

Understanding the elements and how to work with them is a life path, one you are already on, even if you don’t recognize it yet.

Embodied Elements Events (EEE) is here to lead you through a deeper comprehension of these foundations of life.

And, to teach you how to work with these in an embodied, powerful, hands-on, spirit-lead way.

Our Events

As a circle-structured, donation based, community forward, teaching collective, the four of us have bannered together to offer our decades of collective wisdom and guide you through these teachings and experiences.

Gathering on the third Friday of each month we will meet for teachings on: what is happening in the elements NOW and how you can embody the elements prevalent for the season.

Every circle carries teachings, storytelling, embodied practices, and rituals that you can take home with you.

And what’s more?

We keep it DEEP, yet lighthearted and practical. And we amplify your knowledge and embodiment of the elements, with just an hour of commitment from you, for you.

Meet Your Facilitators

In the Spirit of Integrity and Right Relationship we invite you to meet your facilitators!

Mandala Mama (Tarah Peek)

Tarah Peek is a sacred medicine keeper who combines her vast knowledge within several healing modalities to create a new way of being for all of humanity. She intentionally creates experiences and spaces to bridge the connection between this human experience and our true divine selves. Tarah is a trusted mentor, herbalist, sound therapist, and embodiment specialist. In addition, she is an intuitive channel of the energies of Divine Power + Pure Love. Tarah sees her work on this planet, and with all sentient beings, as a conduit for truth and remembrance. She guides all who work with her to move through the energies of pain, suffering, separation, and dis-ease - into embodiment and thriving. Tarah focuses on assisting her clients with de-conditioning and deprogramming their attachments to the false self. Her incredible skills in uniting the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical have shifted all who work with her. As an intuitive channel she delivers messages from Spirit to bring you back to freedom, wholeness, and soul alignment.

Shamana (Alex Brooks)

Shamana is an old-way traditional Shaman, visionary, and Medicine Keeper. Her connected work as a coach and mentor has assisted healers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and CEOs to make their dreams reality. With specialties in trauma reclamation, birth keeping, horse medicine, bone keeping, and death keeping, she is a full-scale community shaman. Shamana is a trauma-informed Medicine Keeper and facilitator with over 12 years of dedicated service to her communities and clients. Hailing from the deserts of Nevada, she is proudly Two Spirit, and descends from a diverse ancestral heritage which informs her work today. Her purpose is assisting humanity through her methodology of: Remember, Restore, Reclaim. She spends her days witnessing and guiding others to remember their soul mission, reclaim their ancestral truths, and restore themselves into authentic thriving. Shamana is staunchly allied with marginalized communities and peoples.

Soulwave (Alicia Weaver)

Soulwave, is a living, breathing entity dedicated to the art of transformation. Rooted in the belief that the body is innately intelligent and knows what it needs to heal, Soulwave serves as a guide through the intricate process of self-discovery and healing. In a world that often divides, Soulwave fosters the deepest forms of self-healing by helping individuals reconnect with their bodies' natural wisdom. Jessica Hupka

Jessica is a holistic practitioner whose modalities range from Deep Tissue and Myofascial Work to Energy Work to Plant and Amphibious Medicine. She also holds Individual and Collective Ceremonial spaces. She is dedicated to her work as a therapist, providing a space of love and support through her various gifts.

Her mission is to help you unveil your highest and truest potential through personal empowerment and self-actualization using the power of community, interpersonal relationships, and deep, introspective work.
